Uploading profile pictures or room images is optional and fully controlled by the user.

We may collect limited technical information necessary for app functionality and stability, such as:

• Basic app usage and performance data (e.g., crash logs)

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, SMS, call logs, or other sensitive personal data.

We use collected information strictly for core app functionality, including:

• Creating and managing user accounts
• Authenticating users securely
• Displaying user profiles within the organization
• Displaying meeting room details and images within the organization
• Facilitating organization-based meeting room bookings
• Preventing double bookings and scheduling conflicts
• Maintaining app security, stability, and performance

3. Images (Profile Pictures and Room Images)

If users choose to upload images:

• Profile pictures are used only for user identification within the app
• Room images are used only to visually identify meeting rooms
• Uploaded images are visible only to users within the same organization
• Images are not used for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes

Users can update or remove uploaded images from within the app where applicable.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.

User data, including uploaded images, is not shared with third parties except:

• When required by law
• To protect the security, integrity, or rights of the app and its users

5. Ads and Tracking

Meetrohub does not display advertisements.

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

We do not track users across apps or websites.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including controlled access and secure authentication.

No system can guarantee absolute security.

Meetrohub is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above.
